Welcome to YUNO Sports. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What YUNO Sports Is

YUNO Sports is an independent football analytics platform that provides tools for exploring publicly available NFL data. It is designed for educational, analytical, and entertainment purposes. YUNO Sports is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, or any data provider referenced on the platform.

2. Data & Accuracy

The data displayed on YUNO Sports is sourced from open-source projects and publicly available datasets. While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, statistics, or derived metrics, or of any text, answer, chart, or other output generated by the AI-powered features described in section 3.

Statistical models (including EPA, win probability, and CPOE) are produced by third-party providers and are presented without modification. You should not rely on any information on this platform as the sole basis for financial, wagering, or other consequential decisions.

3. AI-Generated Content and Analytical Tools

YUNO Sports includes AI-powered features, including the assistant known as CHAD. These features use third-party large language models to interpret your question, build a chart or query against our data, and write a response in plain language. The underlying statistics are drawn from the same sources described in section 2; the wording, the framing, and the choice of what to chart are generated.

AI-generated output can be wrong. It can misread a question, chart something other than what you asked for, state a fact that is outdated or incorrect, or express a level of confidence the underlying data does not support. This is a known and inherent property of the technology, not a defect we represent as absent. You should treat AI-generated answers as a starting point for your own analysis rather than as a verified result, and you should check anything that matters against the underlying charts and data, which remain available to you.

AI-generated content is provided for informational, analytical, and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind. It is not betting, gambling, wagering, financial, investment, legal, medical, or tax advice, and it is not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome. YUNO Sports does not accept wagers, does not facilitate betting, and does not recommend that you place one. Any decision you make on the basis of AI-generated content, including any decision involving money, is yours alone.

Your questions and the content you send to these features are transmitted to our AI providers so they can generate a response. See our Privacy Policy for who those providers are and how that content is handled. Do not send confidential or sensitive personal information to an AI feature.

Fantasy football guidance, including start/sit and lineup suggestions, is offered as opinion and analysis for a game of skill. It carries the same limitations as everything else in this section.

The disclaimers and the limitation of liability elsewhere in these terms apply to AI-generated content in full.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the platform beyond normal browser use
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the platform's infrastructure or security
• Redistribute raw data obtained through the platform in a way that misrepresents its origin or violates upstream data licenses
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The original software, design, visualizations, and analytical tools on YUNO Sports are the property of its operators. The underlying play-by-play data and statistical models are the work of their respective open-source maintainers and are used in accordance with their published licenses.

NFL team names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of the NFL and its member clubs. They appear on this platform for identification and editorial purposes only.

6. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Current plans, prices, and what each one includes are shown on the plans page. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically.When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription price at the start of each billing period — every month for a monthly plan, every year for an annual plan — at the price then in effect, until you cancel. There is no fixed end date and we will not ask you to confirm before each renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, without contacting us, from Your Account → Plan & billing → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end your current period. You keep full access to everything your plan includes until the period you have already paid for runs out, and you are not charged again after that.

Changing plans

Switching between paid plans takes effect immediately rather than at the end of your period, and the difference is prorated. You will see the exact amount on the confirmation screen before anything is charged.

Refunds

Monthly payments are non-refundable, including partial periods — cancel and you keep access until the period ends. For annual plans, if you are within 14 days of your first payment, contact us and we will refund it in full. Outside those cases we may still issue a refund at our discretion, and we may decline where a refund is being used to obtain paid content without paying for it.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. If we do, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you by email before it takes effect so you can cancel first if you would rather not continue. A price already paid for a period in progress does not change.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, our payment processor automatically retries it up to eight times over about two weeks, and we may email you to ask you to update your payment method. You keep full access throughout that period. If the payment still cannot be collected once those attempts are exhausted, the subscription is cancelled and your account returns to the free plan — your data and saved work are kept, and anything above the free limits stays visible but read-only.

Payments and card details

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Receipts, invoices, and your payment method are managed through Stripe's billing portal, which you reach from Your Account. See our Privacy Policy for what billing information we receive.

7. Your Exports

The platform lets you export the charts and visualizations you create (for example, as images or files). YUNO Sports grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, share, and post the charts you export, provided that you do not remove or obscure the YUNO Sports mark shown on the exported image — except where the platform's own branding features let you customize or replace it.

Separately, exported charts carry a data-source credit (“Data: nflverse (CC BY 4.0), modified”). That credit is a condition of the Creative Commons licence the underlying data is published under, not a YUNO Sports mark. It is not something we can waive on your behalf and not something the branding features remove: if you redistribute a chart or the data behind it, the attribution obligation is yours and it survives anything in these terms. See Data & Sources for the licence and what it requires.

This license covers only YUNO Sports' own rights in the visualization and its design. It does not grant any rights in the underlying NFL data and statistics, or in any team names, logos, or marks, which remain the property of their respective owners (see Section 4). You are responsible for ensuring that your particular use of an exported chart — including any commercial use — complies with the rights of the NFL, its member clubs, and any third-party data provider. YUNO Sports makes no representation that any given use is free of third-party claims.

8. User Content

If you submit content through community features (such as forums or comments), you retain ownership of your content but grant YUNO Sports a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Some features let you upload your own images (such as a logo or signature) to personalize the charts you create. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any image you upload, and that your use does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. Uploaded images are stored with your personal settings and are applied to charts you create. Where you choose to publish such a chart — for example by making a gallery item public, adding it to your profile or an embed, or posting it to the forum — the resulting image is hosted by YUNO Sports and may be publicly accessible. You agree to indemnify YUNO Sports against claims arising from images you upload. We may remove or disable access to any such image or chart, and may suspend this feature for your account, if we believe it infringes third-party rights or breaches these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

This platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

YUNO Sports does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUNO Sports and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
